The School Day

Drop off will be available at no extra charge for children in Years 3 – 13 from 7.50am. Students should go to the dining room to be supervised until released to go to their classes. Nursery and Reception children arriving early should go to the Nursery for Extended Care. Year 1 and 2 go to their class room. Please see the fee list for early arrival pricing for Nursery – Year 2.

Breakfast will be available from 7.30am until 7.50am. The cost of breakfast is £150 per term. Those wishing to participate should advise the bursar in advance.   The booking form for breakfast can be downloaded from the web site. Please return it as soon as possible to the school office.

The School Day

Nursery classes commence at 9.00am and extended care is available for EYFS from 8.00am to 9.00am and 4.00pm till 6.00pm.

Early arrival: Nursery and Reception from 8.00am in the Nursery. Years 1 and 2 from 8.00am in the classroom. Years 3 – 13 Drop off from 7.50am

Reception to Year 6 start school at 8.25am until 3.40pm

Year 7 to 13 start school at: 8.20am until 4.05pm

Students should make their way from 8.20 onwards to their classrooms for Registration

Morning break

Nursery – Year 2: 10.05 – 10.30am a snack is provided in their classroom

Year 3 – 6: 10.25 – 10.50am a snack and a drink are provided in the dining room

Year 7 – 13: 10.35 – 11.00am a snack and a drink are provided in the dining room

Lunch is provided to all pupils unless a packed lunch has been agreed. From September 2018 all students will be expected to have lunch. Any special dietary requirements will be catered for. Please see the school caterer to discuss individual needs. A menu is provided alongside the newsletter each Friday.

Nursery – Year 2 lunch from 11.45am

Year 3 – 6 – 12.15pm – 12.45pm

Year 7 – 13 – 12.45pm – 1.30pm

The school kitchen closes at 1.30pm.

Students are encouraged to participate in a lunch time club

Extra curricular lessons are at Lunch time and after school. A full extra curricular programme will be available on the website shortly.

Tea is provided to all students below Year 2 who stay for extended care until 6.00pm.

Water and a vending machine are available in the dining room for those wishing to have a snack after school.

A light supper is available for students who stay for after school activities at 5.15pm. The cost of supper is £195 per term. A hot supper may be booked on the meals form which can be downloaded from the website.

Extended care for Years 1 to 13 ends at 6.00pm.

For students who have signed up to attend clubs after 6.00pm, supervision is provided in the dining room until 7.15. Where classes extend beyond this, students must be collected from the classroom. The site will close at 8.00pm
